Teacher Support Tailored for Connection

I am dedicated to supporting not only families—caregivers and children—but also educators, whether seasoned veterans or newcomers. Today's classrooms are more challenging than ever, with constant behavior struggles (leading to the behavior vortex) and the need for effective consequences.

When we work together, we take a holistic view of your classroom, considering diverse learning needs and identifying practical strategies and tools. Additionally, I emphasize and demonstrate how connection and empathy are the driving forces behind cultivating strong, caring, and nurturing relationships with students.

  • Managing a classroom with diverse learners is challenging. As teachers, we wear many hats, and some take on more responsibilities than others. We want to motivate our students and promote behavioral changes from the inside out. By can do this by using the CALM technique, which includes:

    • We CONNECT

    • We match our AFFECT

    • We LISTEN

    • We MIRROR our students in the moment.

By doing so we highlight the value of connection and communication. I will teach you to incorporate this into your daily practice and how to use it effectively. With practice, patience and coming from a place of compassion, you will be feel 100% more confident.

  • With over 15 years of experience in working with kids with diverse learning needs I have a tool bag of resources to draw from. I will provide you with the individual supports YOU need in order to show up and support your own students. Collaboration is essential!
